Atlantic Salmon is farmed in several places worldwide. The biggest commercial farms are stationed in Chile and Norway. The Atlantic salmon is one of the biggest fish species consumed worldwide.
There are many different farming and production methods, therefore many different kind of qualities available on the market.
Together with our costumers we select raw material and we process as specified by costumer. Atlantic salmon is sold as fresh, frozen, canned, smoked and marinated.
This product is sustainable in general, many plants do also have Organic, ASC or Global Gab certifications.
